At Roz Taza, we deliver farm fresh mangoes with care so they reach your doorstep in the best possible condition. Because mangoes are fresh and seasonal fruit, our shipping process is designed to protect quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed after confirmation. Once your order is placed, our team checks product availability, prepares the mango box, and packs it carefully for delivery.

Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation. However, processing time may vary during peak mango season, heavy order volume, weather changes, or courier delays.

2. Delivery Coverage

Roz Taza delivers mango boxes across selected cities and areas in Pakistan through trusted delivery and courier partners.

Delivery availability may depend on your city, courier service area, road access, weather conditions, and seasonal logistics. In case your location is not serviceable, our team may contact you for an alternative address, order adjustment, or cancellation.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays may happen due to public holidays, weather, courier workload, strikes, road conditions, incorrect address, or customer unavailability.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before order confirmation.

Free delivery may be available on selected products, selected cities, special campaigns, or minimum order values. Roz Taza may change shipping offers or delivery charges at any time without prior notice.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected cities and areas. Customers are requested to keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery.

For bulk orders, high value orders, remote locations, or special packaging requests, advance payment may be required before dispatch.

6. Fresh Fruit Handling

Mangoes are natural fresh fruit, so size, color, shape, aroma, and ripeness may slightly vary from product photos. These natural variations do not affect the quality of the fruit.

We carefully pack each box to reduce damage during transit. After receiving your order, please open the box as soon as possible and store the mangoes in a cool, dry place.

7. Damaged Parcel or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or with missing items, please contact Roz Taza within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us review the issue, please share:

• Clear photos or videos of the parcel
• Photos of the shipping label
• Photos of damaged mangoes, if any
• Your order number

Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted because mangoes are perishable products.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct delivery information at checkout, including phone number, house number, street, area, city, and nearby landmark.

Roz Taza will not be responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, return charges, or product spoilage caused by incorrect address, unreachable phone number, rejected parcel, or customer unavailability.

9. Order Changes and Cancellation

Order changes or cancellations should be requested as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once an order has been packed, handed over to the courier, or dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel, edit, or change the delivery address.

10. Seasonal Availability

Mango availability depends on season, harvest quality, farm supply, and weather conditions.

If your selected mango variety is unavailable, Roz Taza may contact you to offer a replacement variety, delay the dispatch, adjust the order, or process a refund where applicable.

11. Delivery Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect the parcel at the time of delivery. If the parcel looks badly damaged, please take photos before opening it and contact us immediately.

For best taste and freshness, mangoes should be consumed within the recommended time after delivery, depending on ripeness.
