Refund & Returns Policy

At Roz Taza, your satisfaction is our priority. Because mangoes are a fresh, perishable product, our policy is designed to be fair to you while reflecting the nature of fresh fruit.

Damaged or Spoiled Fruit

If your mangoes arrive damaged, spoiled or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the affected fruit. After verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund for the affected portion of your order.

Wrong or Incomplete Orders

If you receive the wrong variety or an incomplete order, contact us within 24 hours and we will correct it promptly at no extra cost.

What Is Not Covered

  • Mangoes that are simply firm on arrival (these will ripen at room temperature in 1–2 days).
  • Claims made more than 24 hours after delivery.
  • Issues caused by incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds for prepaid orders are returned to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are arranged via bank transfer or easypaisa/JazzCash.
